Abstract

|
In many countries women have important roles in health promotion and curing for many years. This study is about the history of women curer of Chosun¡¯s kingdom.
The purpose of this study is to know the role of the women curer of the old times and the difficulties of curing for centuries because of the reason only but they are women.
Another purpose of the study is to know the relation of the old times rules with the rules in these days. And also gives a sight of the affluence of the treatment method, mechanical system and so on.
The study presents the roles of a Female Shaman, midwife and Stepdaughter.
And in conclusion the study presents about the problems of the women curer system in these days and about the way to go from now on.
